Tiszafüred-Örvény
The Tiszavirág floodplain walk can be reached by a short boat trip after paying the entrance fee. The walk is open all year round.
The 2000 m long trail shows the life and developmental stages of the Tisza bark beetle and the biota of Lake Tisza. Its birdwatching towers and the fishing ladders of the Göbe, the inner lake where the walk ends, are also very popular. In winter, you can also sign up for ice tours, where you can discover a new side of nature on the frozen waters of the Tisza.
The Örvény Pákász trail offers new and unique wonders of the floodplain forest and helps to reintroduce a forgotten craft. On the Pákász Trail you can learn who the pákász were. Why were they called the omniscient of the marshes? Where did the term 'pákász' come from? How can you catch fish without a net? And many other questions can be answered by walking the trail.
