Karcag Park Forest and Canopy Promenade

The Karcag Park Forest and canopy promenade provides a useful recreation, sports, training and relaxation place for hikers, sportsmen and women.

The park forest is criss-crossed by paths, which give visitors an insight into the everyday life of the forest communities. The canopy trail offers an unprecedented perspective of the lowland forest.

The park forest also includes a walking and jogging track and a six-station gymnastics track of around 850 m, and a new 900 m running track has been added as a result of the renovations.

The canopy walk and trail is open to the public all year round, free of charge, except in case of extreme weather conditions or technical problems.
