House Rules

1. The use of the SPA section of the Tisza Balneum Hotel is subject to compliance with these Rules. By purchasing a SPA ticket or a season ticket, the guests of the SPA acknowledge the provisions of the Rules of Procedure as binding for themselves. In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of these regulations, the hotel management is entitled to refuse to provide services.
2. For information on current prices, opening hours, admission fees and season tickets, please consult the price list at the SPA reception.
3. Guests may use the SPA facilities at their own risk.Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to use the SPA and fitness room.
4. For the relaxation of our guests, after 19:00 we have a quiet hour(s) in the SPA area. We kindly ask our guests under the age of 16 not to use the pool area during this time.
5. They are not allowed to use the SPA services:
   • patients with fever, infectious diseases,
   • patients with open wounds,
   • patients with convulsions or unconsciousness,
   • drunk guests, persons under the influence of drugs or intoxicants.
6. The use of rest pools is contraindicated:
   • severe cardiac, circulatory or respiratory insufficiency,
   • incontinence, malignant tumours,
   • acute inflammatory diseases,
   • thrombosis, severe varicose vein disease,
   • pregnancy.
7. Forbidden to:
   • use pools with oily, sandy bodies,
   • bring in animals,
   • Use of soap, shower gel, other cleaning products or chemicals in the pools, contamination of the water,
   • bring fragile objects or anything likely to cause accidents or injuries into or around the pools,
   • consume food or drink in the pools,
   • litter,
   • smoke
   • disturbing the peace and quiet of other guests by being noisy or misbehaving,
   • use of the deep-water pool by persons unable to swim,
   • staying in the pool in clothing other than a bathing suit or without a bathing suit.
8. The instructions of the pool attendants and security staff must be followed by all bathers.
9. First aid is provided at the SPA reception.
10. Before using the pools, it is compulsory to use the showers and footwashers!
11. Wet paving near the pools can be slippery, please approach the pools with extra care!
12. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by the Guest's fault or improper use of the facilities.
13. The damage caused by the Guest using the SPA services during or outside the opening hours of the pools by contamination of the pool water (e.g.: glass shards in the pool, human body fluids, faeces, stomach contents, changing the pool water, disinfection, bacteriological tests, compensation for the disturbance of the night rest, etc.) shall be fully compensated by the Hotel.
14. The Guest is obliged to report immediately to the nearest member of staff any incident such as personal injury, fire, discovery of an object or object that could cause an accident. The employee must take the necessary steps and record the incident in the logbook.
15. The hotel shall not be liable for objects placed in lockers or left unattended in the SPA area. In case of loss of the locker key, a surcharge of HUF 3.000,- will be charged.
16. Guests can make their comments on the quality of the SPA services and the behaviour of the staff in the Customer’s Book at the SPA reception.
17. The House Rules prepared to preserve the safety, health and physical integrity of our guest.
